I agree that their are many different paths to God. Rather it be Akhenaton, Moses, Thoth, Pocal Votan, Gutamn Buddha many shamans who spread enlightenment of who they beleived in. But one thing never changes and that is when a person begins to fight and argue over their god based on their self minded Religion it is hard to agree with any when they are all accusing one another of unbelief. The balloon would 3.1 + 2.3*t meters high when the cam is meant to be caught. "t" is the time taken to reach the balloon.
Cam's energy at balloon level:

Cam's energy at ground level:
1/2(mV^2) (V is the initial velocity)
Conservation of energy –> (33.64+23t)m = 1/2(mV^2) –>
V = sqrt(67.28 + 46t)
Time:
g=10 m/s^2
v = V – g*t= V – 10t
At balloon level: 2.3 = V -10t –> V = 2.3 + 10t
Combine the two equations containing "t" and "V", and you get:
2.3 +10t = sqrt(67.28 + 46t) –> t=0.787 s (must be a positive value)

Therefore the initial speed will be V=2.3+10t = 10.17 m/s
