Are those single christian clubs pretty much a dating service or is the nature of it different? plz help?

I saw some cute girls come out of a singles christian ministry or club………I was thinking what is a pretty girl doing like that there? What I find weird is that I saw this girl and 2 guys she seemed to know walk out of that place. Why would she come with 2 guys she already knows at that place?
she was quite good looking!!! So yeah I don’t understand…they most likely knew each other just by the way they walked out and how they were leaving together

I went to one of those things once and found that, No. It is NOT a place to “hook uP”. Within the “Christian Community”, it is forbidden to have casual sex.
Those guys were her buddies. Married women do not (usually) “hang out with” men. Single women can and will. Christian or not.
The Singles Group in Christian churches are for those that are single and not married. They try to aim faith at ALL area’s. Heck, there is even a “Gothic Christian” group at the same church I go to. I couldn’t believe it, but there is actually a whole entire section of people who are “Christian Goths”. I had always thought that Goths leaned towards being evil, but man… I was wrong.
I have not seen a “group” on it, but there are actually “Death Metal” Christian bands.
Sure, you could meet a nice gal at the “Singles Group”, but I’m tellin’ ya’, it is a dead end, but anything is possible.
