Christian Dating Las Vegas

Christian in need or christian advice on what to do about getting married and buying a house…?
So my fiance and I are born again christians… We set our wedding date for June 11, 2011 but we just bought a house because we didnt want the prices of houses to sky rise again and wanted to get our interest rate as low as possible. the only problem is that we have a year away until our wedding date. We dont want to feel guilty for living together before getting married. So, we thought we would get married when we go to las vegas on vacation with his family. The only thing is, its just not how i pictured us getting married. I wanted a big wedding and now i feel like we have to do this so that we are not living in sin together. it kind of makes me sad… Im soo stressed out and i dont know what to do… Should i wait and have the nice wedding i want or do you think its better to be married and not live in sin. A year is a long ways away… We feel like we are stuck between a rock and a hard place
You shouldn’t have to give up your fantasy wedding just because of a house, but neither should you go against the rules of your religion. Have the wedding when you want it, and you can deal with the house using a number of options.
1. One of you can live in the house and the other stay where you are or live with family.
2. You can both live in the house but still abstain. Living together isn’t living in sin, but sleeping together is. What if you slept in seperate rooms? It will still be very tempting though, so you might not want to risk it.
3. Rent out the house to somebody else, use the rent money to pay the mortgage and wont have to worry about it.
Dont do the Las Vegas wedding. If your faith means a lot to you, you should get married in your place of worship surrounded by friends, family, fellow church-goers and in the house of your God. You will regret it if you dont. If you really want to you can have a low-key wedding soon, but dont do it in Las Vegas.
Speak to your pastor or another trusted person of the same faith as you if you need more personal advice, thats what they’re there for.

Take about 10 minutes two or three times a day (more is good if you have the time) to just sit next to your bird's cage and talk softly to him. Be at eye level with your budgie — don't loom over the cage. Avoid sudden movements, just sit still and talk to him. Eventually he will get used to your presence, and since he's all alone, he'll learn to enjoy having you close.
Don't rush your hand up to him if you can tell he's scared. Sometimes a bird will sit rigid on their perch, so you think that they're calm, but really they're frozen with fear. It's best to just hold some millet in your open hand and rest it on the opening of the cage until eventually he comes to you. Don't expect it to happen the first time — it'll take several tries of just holding the millet there before he expresses interest in it.
It's all about gaining your budgie's trust, so never grab him. Once he becomes unafraid of your hand, you can try to coax him to get on your hand. But keep in mind to watch his body language — if his feathers are tight against his body, he's scared and doesn't want you to advance. In this case, just take your hand away and try again a different time. Another note: visit your bird at the same times each day. This can be helpful, since following a routine is less likely to startle them.
All the best with your new little parrot!

You've asked a very broad question. There is no simple answer.
In truth, health insurance works a little differently in each state.
To answer your specific questions:
1) No, health insurance is not compulsory for everyone. If you're lucky, you are able to join a group policy at work. (If you're really lucky, it's a good policy and the employer pays at least half of it.) Some states have recently made it compulsory, but that's such a recent change that there's no clear cut answer yet for how that's going to work.
2) What happens if someone can't afford it is… they don't get it, usually. Except if your income puts you below the "poverty level", in which case you qualify for Medicaid. (In some states there are programs that typically provide assistance with insuring children, though they are few and far between for covering adults.)
3) Health insurance rarely covers all the bills when you have a procedure done. Most plans cover 50-80% after you meet your deductible. The deductible amounts vary widely (but the trend is that the deductibles are getting higher and higher to keep the premiums down.) If you're really, REALLY lucky, you don't have a deductible (which is only an option on group plans), and you may only have to pay 10% of covered charges. (These plans are few and far between. As in, you might have them if you're in Congress.)
4) Yes, the patient has some say over procedures. However, if the patient opts for an "experimental" procedure, or one that isn't deemed "medically necessary", then health insurance may refuse to cover any charges at all.
In the end, as with most things, the middle class takes the brunt of these costs. This has become such a problem that more than 50% of all bankruptcies are as a result of medical bills (and of those, more than 75% had health insurance.)
** Edited to add:
It's not ALL about the money when a procedure is involved. If it is, the state keeps track of complaints filed on behalf of consumers with "managed care" (ie. any type of network arrangement including Preferred Provider Organizations, Health Maintenance Organizations, and Point of Service organizations — also known as PPO, HMO, and POS) and may very well revoke a company's charter to do business in the state should the company be turning down too many legitimate claims.
However, insurance companies are sticklers for following the "standard" for medical care. This is what makes it difficult to answer your question. Because they should not deny anything that's considered standard for care in the given circumstances (should not and will not being two completely different things, of course.) And there may be several options that would be considered "standard." If the patient wants treatment that isn't yet considered "standard", they would balk. Period.
